  • The objective of American Telephysicians Group (ATPG) is to cater to the needs of patients by extending the services rendered by prestigious health care providers in good faith. However, by doing so we merely provide a bridge between customers and those health care providers through our services including the services offered through this web portal.Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the quality of services offered by them.
  • The outcome of health care services depend upon many factors including expertise of service providers and adherence to specific standards, prerequisite of diagnostic tests & instructionsof relevant medical professionals. In view of the foregoing, American Telephysicians Group (ATPG) shall assume no responsibility as these services are provided by third parties.
  • Labs services including home sampling are provided directly by relevant service providers enlisted with us. We exercise due care while enlisting different labs and expect from them high standard of care and professionalism. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of services provided by them.
  • For imaging services, we just refer patients to centers which are enlisted with us and help them scheduling the appointments. However, it is the sole responsibility of patients to observe schedule regarding appointments and bring all necessary documents for better diagnosis and assessment.
  • For appointment with health care providers, we just refer patients to the relevant professionals who are enlisted with us and help them scheduling the appointments. However, it is the sole responsibility of patients to observe schedule regarding appointments and bring all necessary documents for better diagnosis and assessment.
  • Home care services are provided directly by relevant service providers enlisted with us. We exercise due care while enlisting different home care service providers and expect from them high standard of care and professionalism. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of services provided by them.
  • The physicians enlisted on the panel of American Telephysicians Group (ATPG) are qualified and experienced medical professionals. ATPG, in no case, endorses or assumes the liability of medical advice offered by these medical professionals. Moreover, it is the sole responsibility of patients to observe the schedule regarding appointments and bring all the necessary documents for better diagnosis and assessment. The patients are advised to contact the management of ATPG in a timely manner for rescheduling of appointments or missed appointments.
  • American Telephysicians Group (ATPG) is offering pharmacy services in collaboration with other pharmacies. The timely delivery of correct medicine ordered and receipt of associated payment is the sole responsibility of these pharmacies. In case of any issue, the customers are requested to contact with the concerned pharmacy.
  • Patients using shifa4u to order test online agree that they have a valid prescription/lab orders from their caregiver to place the request for the desired service (Labs and imaging). Collecting labs or imaging performing centers might ask the patients to produce the relevant documentation for the ordered services. Shifa4u holds no responsibility, neither ask its clients to present this proof which will be the sole responsibility of the collecting labs or the centers providing services to confirm and verify the appropriate documentation/paperwork.
  • Patients are responsible for discussing the abnormal labs/imaging results promptly and in a timely fashion with their caregivers for appropriate next action. Shifa4u will make all the efforts to make sure the results are available to the patients in a timely fashion but hold no responsibility for any undesirable adverse outcomes if the patients don’t discuss these with their caregivers or the provider does not act on them in a timely fashion.
